IELTS Writing Challenge 2

Hello dear Chaibuddies! Preparing for IELTS? Try this writing exercise. If you want to learn more about IELTS exam, you can read my previous blog here  and get tips to prepare for writing section. So let's start with our practice. In actual exam, you will have 2 writing tasks - one of 20 minutes and the other of 40 minutes. Overall, this section is allotted an hour. Photo by Pixabay Indian students who complete their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a Philippine college are now eligible to register and practice medicine in the Philippines. This change follows an amendment to the Philippine Medical Act of 1959, approved by the House of Representatives, which allows international students, including Indians, to practice medicine in the Philippines upon completing their MD degrees. Colleges must be recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and aspirants must complete a 12-month internship. CHED will issue the necessary certification to ensure a smooth transition for Indian graduates if all conditions are met. Previously, only Philippine citizens with a Doctor of Medicine degree could qualify for the physicians’ licensure examination. But now it's open to other nationalities including Indians.
